What happens
after you submit.

• We match the details you enter against your HomeHubb account.
• If the information is correct, the request is processed within 30 business days and you receive a confirmation by email.
• Deleting your account removes your access to the HomeHubb homeowner app and your profile. It cannot be undone.
• Records your builder must keep by law or contract—such as the warranty service history of your home—remain with the builder under their own policies and our privacy policy.
